Love and Politics

So last night was a lesson in love and politics. Can these two very different ideologies coexist and can love flourish under opposing political views? I don’t know but what I do know is that LOVE is highest power but can it survive the battle for humanity?

Maria Shriver and “I’ll be Back” Scharwazenegger seem to have the perfect union despite their opposing views, 25 years, a maids child and an almost divorce but still going strong. The lesson here is to let EGOSDEMISE.

And what about author Kola Boof and her long term love affair with Osama Bin laden? Kola is a womanist, a Afropolitan and liberated woman in relationships while Osama came from a culture of subservient woman, who are suppose to submit their sexuality, intellect and identity to men and religion. It makes me wonder. Especially with her radically empowering ideas about women.

This woman is fragile, seductive, rebellious, full of love and pain, fearless and haunting. She's a hunter, she's spirited and most of all, she's a womanist.
